Person-Centered Care and Wellness are hallmarks of Redwood Health Partners.  Our Wellness Centers are located in a variety of types of senior living communities. Our goal is to provide care in the individual’s home setting. Currently we have clinics located in senior living communities in Colorado, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
